About TCF/TEF
TEF (Test d'Evaluation de Français) and TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) are exams that assess the French language skills of non-native speakers.
The TEF is specifically designed for use in the context of immigration to Canada, while the TCF is a more general test that is used in a variety of contexts, including immigration, study abroad, and job applications.
Both the TEF and TCF are standardized exams that are administered by the French Ministry of National Education and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris.
They consist of multiple-choice questions and are divided into several sections, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The exams are designed to evaluate a wide range of language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension.
